Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

All in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
 

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during a major Pokemon or One Piece set release), shipments may be delayed by a few days.
     

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
     

Shipping Rates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of the items and your location.
 

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over [$150 - Insert Amount].
     

Pre-Order Policy If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, the entire order will be held until the pre-order items are released and available to ship.
 

  • If you would like your in-stock items sooner, please place two separate orders.
     

Damages & Lost Packages Capyquest Collectibles is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return & Exchange Policy

All Sales Final on Opened Products Due to the volatile nature of the trading card market and the risk of resealing or tampering, we do not accept returns on any trading card products (Booster Boxes, Packs, Decks, Bundles) or Collectible Figures once they have been opened.

Eligibility for Returns Returns are only accepted under the following strict conditions:

  1. Condition: The item must be in brand new, factory-sealed, and untampered condition. If the plastic wrap (shrink wrap) has been removed, torn, or altered, the return will be rejected.

  2. Timeframe: You must contact us within [7] days of receiving your item to request a return.

  3. Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% may apply to approved returns to cover processing and merchant fees.
     

Non-Returnable Items The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Single Cards (due to condition subjectivity and market fluctuation).

  • Opened Booster Packs or Boxes.

  • Mystery Boxes.

  • Clearance or "Damaged Box" discount items.
     

Cosmetic Packaging Flaws Please note that minor packaging flaws (such as small dents in a Funko box corner or small tears in shrink wrap) that do not affect the contents of the product are not considered damage and are not eligible for a refund or exchange. We pack with care, but slight wear from the manufacturer or distributor can occur.
 

How to Start a Return To start a return for a sealed item, please contact us at info@CapyQuest.com. If your return is accepted, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
